SERVICE TO TENANTS

We aim to provide a complete letting service that pleases both Landlords & Tenants. We offer flexible times for tenants to view any of our properties and making finding your new home even more convenient.

All tenants are required to qualify for credit checks and referencing. This is done outside of our company by a specialist third party expert. Providing all the information given to us by the prospective tenants is up to date with full contact details, we can have authorised acceptance approval back within 24 hours or at worst we aim to have an answer back within no more than 3 days.

As soon as all credit & reference is approved a suitable moving date can be agreed. We can help with all aspects of moving even down to organising removal services if so required. We understand the importance of our tenants and try to help where we can and this is reflected in our fees, we only charge the tenant a simple £100 admin fee.
